Manuel Telser and his team of chefs

Manuel Telser has been head chef at Parkhotel Margna since June 2022 and is responsible for the culinary enjoyment of our guests with his kitchen team. He brings a wide experience from home and abroad. A native of South Tyrol with family roots in gastronomy, he is now firmly established in the Engadine.

The Parkhotel Margna uses high quality products that are fresh from the market and as far as possible from Switzerland. However, given the geographical location of the Engadine, the neighboring north of Italy may also be counted as part of the region, as Sils is not far from the Mediterranean south. With the Stüva restaurant, the Parkhotel Margna is also a member of the “Slow Food Convivium of Graubünden”. The movement stands for quality and regionality, protects biodiversity, and maintains close contact with small, local food producers.
