Accessibility

Thanks to the elevator, all floors of the former patrician house and the middle house are accessible without steps. Two double rooms Deluxe are completely barrier-free, on request this is also possible for the Suite Margna. For further information and telephone bookings, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Arrival and departure

Check-In: from 3pm
Check-Out: until 11 am

Our Recepziun is located in the main building on the right after entering the hotel grounds. You can reach the Recepziun directly via the main staircase. For barrier-free access, use the entrance under the large stone staircase and take the lift to the Recepziun.

On arrival, please use the short-stay car park directly in front of the main entrance. Our staff will then be happy to park your car in the underground car park.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome at the Parkhotel Margna.

Dogs are allowed almost everywhere in the hotel. Exceptions are the Restorant dal Parc and the SPA area, as well as the golf course. If you would like to have your dog with you at breakfast, please let us know in good time so that we can set a table for you in the Stüvetta da Segl.

Minibar

All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator stocked with a selection of beverages. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will be happy to add to the selection for you.

Pillow & Duvets

You will find a selection of special and health pillows at the Parkhotel Margna. Simply enquire at our reception desk.
If you are allergic to down, we will be happy to prepare your room with anti-allergic duvets and pillows. Please let us know before you arrive.

Toiletries

A bathrobe, spa bag and personal care products such as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion from Soglio in Bregaglia are provided in your room.
Bath slippers are also provided in your room. In the interests of sustainability, we would appreciate it if you could bring your own.

Non-refundable rate

If you book a non-refundable rate and pay when booking by credit card or bank transfer, you can take advantage of a 10 % discount on the room and breakfast price. In the event of cancellation, partial cancellation or changes to your travel dates, the cancellation/change fee for this booking will always be 100 % of the service booked.

We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
