The Pilates weekend invites you to recharge your batteries and regain your energy over two days. In varied sessions, you will strengthen your posture, balance and core. Between lessons, there will be time for cosy get-togethers, fresh mountain air and mindful pauses. You will find peace and relaxation for body and mind in the wellness area. Each day ends with a fine 4-course dinner at the Restorant dal Parc, which harmoniously combines culinary diversity and regionality.
