People have enjoyed eating and drinking here in Josty's parlour for 200 years – and that's how we plan to keep it. Enjoy specialities from the Alpine cuisine of Graubünden and South Tyrol in this historic Swiss stone pine room.

Classic and traditional, based on tried and tested recipes that have been passed down through the generations, chef Manuel Telser cooks dishes typical to the region. Sometimes with a modern twist, altered slightly or enhanced by adding more contemporary ingredients.

We prefer to use local products and producers and always aim to demonstrate that our roots are in Graubünden and the South Tyrol. 

Summer opening times

Daily from 12:00 to 22:00 | In warm weather, lunch will be served at the terrace. Hot meals served throughout the day.

"I’m a local and went with friends for a late lunch at the cosy Stüva. We marvelled at the beautifully renovated hotel and had a superb lunch. The Wiener schnitzel was excellent – light and fluffy, fried to a crisp, just as it should be. The coffee ice cream was simply a dream! The service was unobtrusive, friendly and attentive. We were very impressed and would love to come back, as the menu looks very tempting and appetising, and hot meals are served all day round. Well done!"
