Benvenuto! Once a coachmen’s parlour where drivers would warm themselves after long journeys, Murütsch is today a place dedicated to the tradition of Italian cuisine – complemented by a refined selection of wines from our enoteca, turning every dish into a small journey to Italy.
Our long-term business partners and wine specialists, Emerita and Dani Matter, have worked with Luzi Seiler to select wines to accompany your meals from all over Italy. We are pleased to offer you not just well-known producers, but also wines that Emerita and Dani have discovered and brought back from travelling the length and breadth of Italy, from Valtellina to Sicily.
You can also buy all the wines, high-quality olive oils and vinegars by the bottle "to take away" or in our Butia. Our hosts in the Murütsch will be happy to take your orders and offer advice.

If you want to organise a private wine tasting session or a banquet for up to 45 friends and acquaintances, we will be happy to reserve the Murütsch for your exclusive use.
